Yes. After the first call you get the price in writing. It only changes if you order something extra later, and even then only once you have approved it.
A domain and hosting, usually €5 to €15 a month, paid directly to your provider. If you would rather not deal with it, our care plans start at €19 a month.
No. You get the full code and every login, and you can run the site yourself or have somebody else do it.
You do, once the final invoice is paid. Nothing stays behind that you would have to buy back later.
